  1. Products, Pricing & Clerical Corrections We make every reasonable effort to display accurate product descriptions, technical specifications, and retail pricing. We maintain the right to correct typographical errors, adjust pricing structures, update item summaries, or cancel orders if necessary. Product photography is intended for general reference purposes only; minor physical variations may occur.

  2. Order Verification & Acceptance All placed orders undergo verification and fulfillment procedures within 1 to 3 days. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders due to unsupported delivery addresses, stock shortages, pricing discrepancies, or suspicious account activity. An order is legally accepted once it has been prepared for dispatch.

  3. Exclusive Payment Method: Cash on Delivery (COD) We operate on a strictly exclusive Cash on Delivery (COD) payment model. We do not support other payment methods or online prepayment; no online payment is required before delivery, payment is remitted in physical cash directly to the courier upon parcel delivery and inspection, and zero hidden fees or unexpected surcharges apply to rejections or returns. Repeated unjustified refusals of COD shipments may result in future ordering restrictions.

  4. Shipping & Transportation Terms

  • Processing: Order handling and preparation take 1 to 3 days.

  • Transit Time: Estimated shipping duration is approximately 7 to 15 days to destinations within Germany and supported regions. Delivery windows are operational estimations, and we assume no liability for transit delays caused by third-party carriers, severe weather events, or external force majeure occurrences.

  1. Returns, Cancellations & Refund Framework

  • Return Right: You are entitled to request a return or seek a refund within 14 calendar days starting from the official delivery date.

  • Conditions: Returned items must remain completely unused, unaltered, housed within their original complete packaging, and in fully resalable condition.

  • COD Refunds: Approved reimbursements for Cash on Delivery purchases will be processed via a mutually agreed secure payment method (such as a direct electronic bank wire transfer) coordinated directly through our support team following physical inspection of the returned merchandise.

  • Cancellations: Orders can be modified or canceled during the initial 1 to 3 days handling window. Once a package is in transit (taking approximately 7 to 15 days), it cannot be recalled in transit; please accept the delivery upon arrival after inspection and follow our established return workflow.

  1. Prohibited Conduct You agree not to submit fraudulent information, place malicious COD orders, attempt unauthorized backend system access, introduce harmful malware, or infringe upon any intellectual property rights. Violations may result in the immediate termination of your platform access.
